Introduction
The successful cooperation of the regulatory authorities of Albania, Greece and Italy as well as the Energy Community Secretariat (the "Secretariat") and the European Com-mission in the case of the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline ("TAP") is appreciated as a milestone for the Energy Community.
