Abstract
For the past years, Iranian Petroleum Ministry has been considering new energy policies which has made it to cause developments in Iranian Upstream Contracts. Such developments offer appealing incentives for International Oil Companies (IOCs) to become engaged in Iranian oil and gas fields, which in itself could be a mutually beneficial interaction.
