Abstract
International LNG markets are changing. This change is driven by a number of factors. This article examines and explains an effort by lawyers to contribute to this on-going change and trend towards more liquid markets. By increasing destination flexibility, the model diversion clause can contribute to the growth in liquid international LNG markets.
