Introduction
The Union of the Electricity Industry - EURELECTRIC - is prepared to lend support to the Common Position on the proposed Cogeneration (CHP) Directive adopted recently by the Council of Ministers, while expressing reservations over the lack of a single and proper definition of 'high-efficiency cogeneration'.
