Subscription types and fees

A standard subscription includes:

  1. Access to the three most recent volumes of the Journal during your subscription.
    If you would like to have access to all published issues (e.g. all volumes) of the OGEL Journal, you must include the "Archive" option in your subscription application (see below). This will add 50% to the total of your subscription fee.
    Example: if you subscribe in 2009 you will have access to the volumes 2007, 2008 and 2009.
  2. Access to OGELFORUM listserv and the searchable archive.
  3. Access to all OGEL Legal & Regulatory material.
  4. Occasional discounts on selected books published by Oxford University Press (OUP), Hart Publishing Ltd, Juris Publishing LLC.

Payments

After receiving your order form, the publisher will prepare and send you by e-mail an invoice and a request for payment. Payments are to be made in EUROS and can be done via a secure online credit card payment service. Alternatively payments can be made by bank transfer or cheques.

OGELFORUM

The number of individuals allowed directly on the OGELFORUM listserv depends on the type of subscription:

Special combi-arrangement for our Transnational Dispute Management Journal (TDM):

Next to the highly successful OGEL service we have launced Transnational Dispute Management Intelligence service in 2004. TDM focuses on recent developments in the area of arbitration and dispute management. For the first year of operation we offer a 50% discount on the regular TDM subscription rates(1) for subscribers to our Oil, Gas and Energy Law intelligence service (OGEL). This only applies in case of the same type of subscription to both OGEL and TDM. To make use of this offer, new OGEL and TDM subscribers can tick the TDM box on the OGEL subscription form below. Existing OGEL subscribers are referred to the TDM subscription form.

(1) For the second year of your combined subscription, a 25% discount will be applicable.

As of September 2008 we offer the option to subscribe for two years. This means:
- that you will pay now and have access to OGEL and OGELFORUM for the next two years
- that you will not be affected by an increase in the subscriptions fees during that time
- have less adminstration costs
