Mr. Makwe an alumnus of ENSPM/IFP, France, holds an MSc. in International Oil and Gas Management. He is in addition presently undertaking an LLM degree in Petroleum Taxation and Finance from the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy, (CEPMLP), University of Dundee UK. Mr. Makwe has over five years working experience in the petroleum industry and is currently the head of Strategy and New Business with FortHill Energy, an integrated energy solutions service provider in Africa. His main research interest is in downstream petroleum regulation and products pricing.
