Dave I. Efevwerhan, is a Senior Lecturer at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus, Enugu, Nigeria. He teaches Civil Procedure and Company Law and Practice. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and currently the Head of the Company Law and Practice Department at the Enugu Campus of the Nigerian Law School. His research interests include international law and environmental law.
The Nigerian Law School, which was founded in 1963, is a tertiary vocational institution responsible for the training of Law graduates, preparatory for call to the Nigerian Bar. It was originally established in Lagos but currently has four Campuses in Abuja, Enugu, Kano and Lagos. In its 43 years of existence, it has trained many responsible lawyers in Nigeria, who are currently holding high positions both at national and international levels. It also helps in training candidates for call to bar in other countries that have no Law School.
