Dr. Sergey S. Seliverstov is now the Partner at the law firm Sokolov, Maslov and Partners and the Senior Lecturer in Energy Law in the Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO-University). He holds the PhD in Law and the LL.M. degrees from MGIMO-University and is the Life Member of the Clare Hall College in Cambridge University where he was a Visiting Fellow in 2005-2006.

Dr. Seliverstov is the author of the book "Security of Energy Supply of the EU: International Legal Approach" (Moscow, 2007). In 2008 he obtained the grant for the European energy studies under the Research Programme of the President of Russian Federation.
