Mr Enobun obtained an LLM in Energy Law and Policy (with Distinction) from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, UK (2009). He obtained an LLB from the Ambrose Alli University in 2004, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Editor-in-Chief of the CEPMLP Annual Review 2007/2008, Vol. 12, and also the President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), University of Dundee Students' Chapter.
Represented his University in the All Africa Human Rights Moot in Yaoundé, Cameroon in 2003, Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna-Austria in 2004, and Administrator in the United States' Philip C. Jessup Moot in 2005. Has practiced Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution before specializing in Contract and Policy Development in the energy sector.
Mr Enobun is employed by Mildwaters Consulting LLP as the Research Assistant where he co-ordinates and prepares research materials on natural resource documentations, as well as developing conference materials and workshop presentations in several jurisdictions including Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
