Adriana Lezcano is a corporate and energy lawyer who specialises in regulatory and transactional work in the oil & gas, mining and power sectors.

She is experienced in production sharing agreements, joint operating agreements, farm-ins, and farm-outs, in the oil and gas industry. She has worked on sale and purchase contracts of oil and gas assets, as well as mergers and acquisitions of oil companies. She has advised companies extensively on oil and gas regulatory matters, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to oil and gas projects and the tendering and award of petroleum production licenses.

In addition to her work in the oil and gas sector, Ms. Lezcano has worked on the acquisition and development of mining projects in Africa and Latin America. She has also extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of EPC and BOT contracts, as well as services agreements, for infrastructure projects in both the oil and gas and power generation industry.

She has published articles and delivered lectures on oil and gas issues.
