Roderick Stewart Lambert
Profile
Rod is a partner in the Competition, EU and trade group. He has experience of antitrust investigations by the European Commission, the US Department of Justice and various national competition authorities. Rod attended the very first dawn raids under the UK Competition Act and was responsible for the first successful application for leniency. He has handled investigations in the oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, transport, chemicals and medical devices sectors.
Rod has counselled on over 40 merger clearances at EU and at national level. He has written various articles on competition law and is recognised as a leading individual in competition law in Legal 500. Rod was formerly the co-chair of the global antitrust and competition group at an international law firm and he has experience both of bringing and defending standalone antitrust litigation actions.
Rod has particular experience in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors. He is based in our Brussels and London offices.
