Education

Bolat graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with honor in 2003 and received a Bachelor's Degree in law. Further he took postgraduate qualification courses (1 and 2 category) for brokers and dealers.

Bolat speaks Kazakh, fluent English and Russian.
