Andrzej Wiercinski

Andrzej Wiercinski is an advocate since 1984, a member of the Polish Bar Association and the International Bar Association. A member of the Association of Competition Law. In 1969, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. In 1973, he received an LL.D. degree and in 1982, an advanced doctorate in legal studies. Upon graduation, Andrzej Wiercinski remained at the University of Poznan where he taught criminal procedure. He was a guest lecturer at Trinity College, Oxford, in 1983. He worked in London in 1990 as a foreign associate of the law office of Stephenson Harwood.
Andrzej Wiercinski is a co-founder and senior partner of WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr. A co-founder of Wardynski & Partners in Warsaw, he worked there in 1992-2003. Andrzej Wiercinski was a member of the supervisory boards of various companies, including public ones. Currently, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of ING Nationale Nederlanden Polska PTE S.A.
