Adolfo Durañona has extensive experience working on corporate and commercial transactions for companies in the oil & gas, mining and natural resources industries. In 1990, he became the ad honorem adviser at the Legal and Technical Secretariat of the Presidency of the Argentine Republic. Mr. Durañona is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. He has also authored several reviews for various publications usually involving Argentinean investments and mining.
Mr. Durañona handles commercial agreements, major projects, as well as mergers and acquisitions in Argentina.
