Archie Fallon is an associate in King & Spalding's Global Transactions Practice Group. Mr. Fallon's practice focuses on energy and infrastructure transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Fallon has significant experience advising clients involved in the oil, gas, and power sectors of the energy industry.
Mr. Fallon was elected into Order of the Coif and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2007. While in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and a Baker Scholar. Mr. Fallon obtained a B.A. with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in History. He is admitted to practice in Texas.
