Robert Utter is a senior associate at the firm's Helsinki office.

He is specialized in environmental law and climate change regulation. He has experience in environmental regulatory matters, environmental liability and emission trading regulation. In addition to an LL.M. degree, he holds an LL.D. from the University of Helsinki. Before joining Roschier in 2010, Utter advised the Finnish Government on legal matters relating to the international and EU climate change regimes.
