Professor Eduardo has worked in arbitration since 1996 in academic and professional life.

Eduardo Silva da Silva is a member of the Committee on Dispute Resolution Domain Names Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Canada and Brazil (CCRD-CAM/CCBC). PhD in Private Law and Procedure (UFRGS, 2006) and Master in Business Law (UFRGS, 2000). Director of Federasul Chamber of Commerce and Secretary General of Arbitration Center of South Brazilian Bar Association (OAB RS). Author of "Arbitragem e Direito da Empresa"

(Arbitration and Bussines Law), São Paulo: RT, 2003, among others books.

Coordinator and Professor of Research Center of Arbitration in Uniritter Laureate International Universities during fiften years. Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBar) and the Special Committee of Arbitration of Brazilian Bar Association RS (OAB RS). Member of Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP).
