Senior Specialist at Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment (Energy).
Her focal areas of expertise are energy markets, energy production and infrastructure. Elina has in-depth regulatory know-how and experience on questions related to the interface of sector-specific regulation and competition law. She also has experience related to regulation on hedging on energy markets inter alia REMIT and EMIR Regulation.
Elina has been involved in energy law drafting in Finland and in the EU. She has also worked closely on energy market integration and European infrastructure projects as well as the European projects related to forming a common market in the EU, in Finland and the Baltics.
