Sergiy Gryshko is a partner who leads the Dispute Resolution practice at Redcliffe Partners. Sergiy is experienced in acting for clients at all stages of international arbitration proceedings, offering seamless pre-arbitration, arbitration and post-arbitration advice. Sergiy has handled arbitrations under a variety of international institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including ICACU, LCIA, LMAA, SCC, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID. Sergiy Gryshko is also listed as an arbitrator at the JSM Permanent Court of Arbitration (Slovak Republic).
Sergiy has unique experience advising oil & gas and energy sector clients in investment arbitrations involving Ukrainian counterparties. Acting as an official member of the Ukrainian Government Negotiating Team, Sergiy was also involved in developing and negotiating several core international treaties and agreements for the government.
Sergiy is recommended for Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration in Ukraine by Chambers Europe.
