Oladele Majeed Oladunjoye

Oladele is called to the Nigerian Bar and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. He currently heads the Banking and Finance law Practice of Kola Awodein & Co. Lagos, Nigeria. He obtained his Master of Laws Degree (with Distinction) in International Corporate Governance & Financial Regulations from the University of Warwick, UK. He is a member of the International Bar Association, Nigerian Bar Association, Law Society of England and Wales, the Financial Services Lawyers Association (UK).
Oladele's finance expertise cuts across various sectors including infrastructure, telecommunications, capital markets and oil & gas. He was actively involved in advising on the setting up of a Special Purpose Vehicle to acquire Shell Petroleum Development Company's stake in a Nigerian Oil Mining Lease auctioned for sale. This transaction was valued at over US$600 Million. He also recently advised on the dual listing of an E & P company on the Nigerian and London Stock Exchange.
