Profile

David Testa graduated with first class honours from the University of Malta where he completed his LLB and LLD degrees. He also pursed and obtained an LLM in International Maritime Law (with distinction) at the IMO's International Maritime Law Institute. His research interests cover European, International and Maritime Law.
