Elena Rybak is the Managing Director of an Austrian engineering company iC consulenten in Ukraine since February 2013. Since January 2013 Elena is on the Board of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA), prior to which she has been its Director since its establishment in 2009. Under Elena's leadership, EUEA became the leading platform for promoting energy efficiency and renewable energy in Ukraine, bringing together more than 40 market leaders actively working on Ukraine's sustainable development. Prior to joining EUEA Elena was the Country Manager for Swedish-Ukrainian Business Club and Programme Coordinator of "Nordpraktik - New Managers for Ukraine" (project financed by Swedish International Development Agency - SIDA) from 2006 to 2009. Elena holds a degree in Business Administration from International Christian University-Kyiv and is an alumna of several international exchange and leadership programmes. Since December 2012 Elena serves on the Board of the School of New Spirituality founded by Neale Donald Walsch.
