Naomi is a PhD student in the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining. Her research is focussed on public-private research partnerships as actors in contentious policy arenas. As a social scientist Naomi has worked in a range of policy and research roles in community engagement, multicultural and indigenous affairs. More recently her work has focussed on the extractive industries, unconventional gas and carbon capture and storage.
