Dr. Peter Kayode Oniemola

Dr Peter Kayode Oniemola is a legal practitioner and Lecturer in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law, University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
He is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum Economics and Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) of University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree of the University of Ibadan. He also holds a PhD in Law from the University of Aberdeen.
Peter was appointed as McArthur Foundation Graduate Intern in the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan, from March 2008 to March 2009. He was a Consultant to the Legal and Regulatory Subcommittee of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Reform Implementation Committee (OGIC) on the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB). He consults on oil and gas, renewable energy, climate change, electricity law and regulation and power project finance, and is involved as resource person in training sessions.
