Grace has a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law from SOAS - University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the University of Law - London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University.

Grace has more than 10 years of legal experience in London, Beirut and Paris.

She has worked on a variety of matters pertaining to energy law which, combined with her studies, is granting her an expertise in this field.

Grace is trilingual in French, English and Arabic. Admitted to practice in Lebanon and France.
