Cea Mittler is a legal expert operating at the intersection of maritime and energy law, with a particular focus on the decarbonisation of the transport industry and its implications on business, regulation, and the economy. She currently holds a position as a legal specialist at the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency's Sustainable Environment network. Her expertise lies firmly within the domain of energy law, further fortified by an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Singapore. She has brought her legal acumen to a range of energy infrastructure ventures, contributed her insights in private practice, and was at the helm of the legal function at Gasgrid Finland.

During her tenure at Bird & Bird Helsinki, Cea was a driving force in the creation and expansion of the firm's energy practice within the Finnish and Nordic markets.
