At the University of Groningen since October 2013 when she arrived to pursue a PhD in Environmental Law at the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law (BABEL project, Erasmus Programme Action 2 scholarship) Dr. Más has publicly defended her thesis 'Transplanting EU Waste Law' in November 2016. Since then she has been developing a postdoctoral research within DISPATCH 2 NWO project in the field of Energy Law, at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law (GCEL).
Previous to the University of Groningen, Dr. Más has received a Master of Sciences in Law and Political Economic at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Sao Paulo (2011). Also at Mackenzie she has received her bachelor in Law (2008) followed, in the same year, by the approval at the 136 exam organised by the Order of Lawyers of Brazil/ Sao Paulo (OAB-SP 2008) receiving her license to practice law. Further, she obtained a BA of Arts in International Relations at the Catholic University of São Paulo (2004).
Dr. Más also has experience working as Coordinator of International Programs and Agreements at the International Cooperation Office of Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2013) and currently shares her week between the postdoc and the Administrative Coordination of the NSELP professional LL.M.
Her fields of expertise and research interest are Environmental Law and Energy Law, particularly related to renewables and waste regulations.
