Christopher Mathews is a doctoral candidate at the Reykjavík University School of Law and litigation counsel to Iqbal Law PLLC. Prior to relocating to Iceland, he was a partner in a large law firm in the United States focusing primarily on commercial and government litigation. He also served as counsel for the U.S. government in military procurement matters, and later as an appellate judge. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 25 years. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Energy Science from the Iceland School of Energy.
