Patrick Hébréard is a Managing Director with FTI Consulting based in Paris.

Patrick is an experienced expert and adviser with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Patrick has been appointed as testifying expert in many complex and high value arbitration proceedings where damages claimed exceeded $1bn.

Patrick is listed in the Who's Who Legal Arbitration - Expert Witness.

Patrick assists major companies and leading law firm in various countries across the world, including Western and Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East.

Thanks to his career in the energy industry, Patrick worked on various contentious issues (upstream, midstream and downstream, shareholders' dispute...). He also advised on other industry sectors, including aeronautics, transportation, consumer products and real estate.

Patrick advises energy companies on economic, commercial, regulatory and strategic issues. Throughout his career, Patrick acquired a significant experience of the energy markets across their value chains, with a focus on long term gas and LNG sales and purchases agreements, on which he worked both as a buyer and a seller, giving him a broad and unique perspective on the corresponding commercial, contractual and financial issues.

He is currently advising a national oil and gas company in the East Mediterranean on a new supply project.
