Dr. Akibu Abdulai holds a first degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Master of Laws (Oil and Gas) and Ph.D (Law) from the University of Aberdeen. He is a professional Valuation and Estates Surveyor of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. Akibu is presently the Head of Estates of the University for Development Studies, Tamale and his duties include, but not limited to the provision of advice for the acquisition and the management of all landed property for the University. He provides advisory services in the realm of oil and gas governance and regulation, and consulting services on land acquisitions, natural resources management, real estate management and appraisals.
