Rodrigo holds an LL.M. and a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center. He is currently a Judicial Fellow for The Honorable Charles N Brower, who was ranked the "world's busiest arbitrator" by The American Lawyer in terms of large investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations, and was previously with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the International Arbitration Group of Dechert in Washington DC. His academic interests focus on the Energy Charter Treaty and on international energy disputes.

Rodrigo has also experience in Cross-border Litigation and Corporate investigations before the English and Italian Courts, with a focus on the financial services, aviation, and energy sectors.
