Roni Pacht

Roni Pacht has over a decade of experience in the litigation and arbitration of high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes. He is a trusted advisor to boards, financial institutions, investors and companies active in a wide range of sectors. Roni has extensive experience advising participants in the financial services, energy and extractive resource sectors and with respect to matters concerning environmental claims and counterclaims.
Prior to his current role at the KIO, which is part of the Kuwait Investment Authority, the world's first sovereign wealth fund, Roni worked at a number of world-leading dispute resolution practices at premier international law firms.
Before qualifying as a lawyer, Roni read Philosophy at King's College London. Roni was later awarded the Jules Thorn and Benefactors Scholarships by Middle Temple, and the Director of BVC Programmes Scholarship by BPP. Following the GDL and BVC, Roni went on to complete his LL.M. in International Business Law at the London School of Economics.
