Kari Kallioharju, B.Eng, M.Sc (tech.) holds a position of Senior Lecturer in School of Built Environment and Bioeconomy in Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland. Since 2007, he has been a member of TAMK's building services research team and he is specialized in heating systems and electrical building services. He has expertise in the fields of energy efficiency of buildings, buildings as a part of energy system and energy communities, renewable energy, building automation systems and buildings energy and indoor environment modelling and monitoring. One of his main competence area is also light, lighting and visual and biological effect of light.
