Chitzi is a law doctoral researcher at the School of Law, University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, and a visiting fellow at the Institute of Law, Jersey, the Channel Islands. He is also a member of the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance (SCELG) and the African Natural Resources and Energy Law Network (ANRELN).
