Lecturer in Law at the University of Exeter.

Chitzi holds a PhD in International Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Strathclyde, and an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen. He is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Exeter, and a member of the International Law Association, the African Natural Resources and Energy Law Network, and the Society of Legal Scholars. He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
