Dmytro has considerable experience in the field of energy and natural resources, ecology, corporate and currency law. He supported foreign investors entering the Ukrainian market, advises domestic and foreign companies on doing business in Ukraine, regulatory issues, legal due diligence, assistance in business restructuring, privatization aspects, etc. Dmytro's experience in oil & gas industry includes legal due diligence of the new gas transmission system operator of Ukraine established in course of conducting Unbundling procedure in Ukraine, conducting legal analysis and providing legal propositions on amendment of the draft Procedure of evaluation of bids of the participants of the tender on PSAs and the draft Law on making amendments to several laws connected with PSA conducting (Draft Law No. 4344), advising the European oil & gas company on legal and regulatory aspects of conducting business in Ukrainian oil & gas sector, legal support of the Croatian drilling contractor in the process of operating in the Ukrainian market, advising on certain aspects of PSAs in Ukraine for the largest donor project on energy security in Ukraine, etc.
