Mark Mangan leads Dechert's international arbitration practice in Singapore. He represents clients in important and complex matters across a range of sectors, including several investment treaty arbitrations, a number of multi-billion-dollar commercial cases, and third party funded arbitrations. Mark has also sat as an arbitrator in over 25 cases.

Mark's team was recently awarded 'International Arbitration Team of the Year' by The Legal 500 in its Southeast Asia Awards for 2020 and 2021. He was also a finalist for the 'Private Practice Lawyer of the Year' award, covering all legal disciplines being practiced in Southeast Asia.

Mark is a co-author of a leading book on Singapore Arbitration, A Guide to the SIAC Arbitration Rules (Oxford University Press; 1st edition 2014; 2nd ed. 2018) and is a co-editor and author of GAR's The Guide to Investment Treaty Protection and Enforcement (2022). He has written over 40 published articles and book chapters on arbitration, has taught at several universities, and presents regularly at industry seminars and conferences.
