Professor of Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights. Scientific Leader at UCLV in Social Sciences. Knowledge about local food production, relationship public policies and Law, energy transition and Energy Law. Currently she is the main Promoter of a National Project in Cuba that creates synergies with this proposal. She has a long-term agenda of cooperation with South America and Europe, searching for interdisciplinarity.
Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas (UCLV) - Subordinated to the Ministry of Higher Education, with a registered office at Carretera a Camajuaní km 5 ½, Santa Clara, Villa Clara, Cuba. Its mission is to contribute to the education of comprehensive professionals, in the areas of Technical Sciences, Economics, Agricultural Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, Exact and Natural Sciences, and to contribute to the continued and systemic improvement of human resources, as well as realise significant scientific, technologically innovating, and cultural work of great impact on the regional, national and international environment. Currently, it is the most multidisciplinary university in Cuba. All the study programmes, bachelor and postgraduate, are accredited by the Junta de Acreditación Nacional. Four master programmes and 4 PhDs programmes are accredited by Asociación Iberoamericana de Posgrado. UCLV emphasises a research component from the lowest level of education to the highest one. There are 12 scientific research lines based on the "Sustainable Development Goals" such as biotechnology, environmental protection for sustainable development, energy sustainable development, food production, habitat, and community development among others. UCLV received in 2018 the order Carlos J. Finlay from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.
