Suzanne M. Logan

Suzanne M. Logan is Senior Counsel at Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure (HASI), the first U.S. public company solely dedicated to investments in climate solutions. She structures and negotiates complex transactions, primarily debt and equity investments in grid-connected renewable energy and renewable natural gas projects. Prior to joining HASI, Ms. Logan was a Senior Attorney on the Energy Transition team at the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), the overseas legal technical assistance arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Ms. Logan began her career as an Associate and then Counsel in the Project Development & Finance Group in the D.C. office of Latham & Watkins LLP. Ms. Logan received her J.D. in 2007 from Georgetown University Law Center. She also holds an M.A. in International Relations from Yale University and a B.A. in History from Fairfield University. Prior to graduate school, Ms. Logan was a Fulbright Scholar studying at Hiroshima University in Japan.
