Dr Annick Adjei is an Oil & Gas industry SME with over 10 years leadership, stakeholder and project management expertise harnessed in subsurface consulting. This includes delivering complex projects in the US, Middle East and North Africa. Her technical expertise extends to geomechanics assessments for SAGD (Steam-assisted Gravity Drainage), EOR and CO2 storage projects in the US GOM, Canada and the Middle East. She recently joined the CCUS team of energy consultancy company Wood Mackenzie, after several years with Baker Hughes, a market leader in the Oil Fields Services industry.
She holds a MSc. in general engineering from Ecole Centrale of Nantes (France), a MSc. in Petroleum Engineering and a PhD. in Petroleum Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University (USA). Annick also completed an MBA in Oil & Gas Management from the Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University (UK) and has authored and co-authored several industry publications. She is a strong supporter of STEM education for girls, actively advocating female leadership in the Oil & Gas industry.
