Donya Moin is a qualified lawyer and has more than 8 years' post-qualification experience. She is a specialist in legal, contractual and regulatory matters relating to oil and gas upstream investment and EPC contracts, joint operating agreements (JOA) contracts, petrochemical, power and renewable energy projects as well as international commercial and investment arbitration. She also has experience in corporate matters including company registration, shareholding agreements and M&A transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Shahid Beeshti University, Tehran, and LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London and a Ph.D. in oil related disputes resolution from University of Aberdeen, UK.
