Profile

William Clavijo holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Scientist from the Catholic University of Táchira (Venezuela), Master and Ph.D. in Public Policy, Strategies, and Development from the Economics Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Since 2015, he has been working as a researcher at the Energy Economy Group (GEE / UFRJ). He is currently a postdoctoral fellow from the Human Resources Program of the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (PRH / ANP). He is also the author of several scientific and informative articles in Brazil and abroad on public policy, political economy, institutional economics, energy economics, and energy geopolitics.
