Profile
Fernanda Delgado holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Federal Center for Technological Education in Rio de Janeiro and a Ph.D. in Energy Planning from COPPE/UFRJ, also in Rio de Janeiro. She is currently the Corporate Executive Director of Brazilian Petroleum and Gas Institute (IBP), and professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas, responsible for research lines in oil, gas, biofuels, and energy transition. She is the author of several scientific and informative articles published in Brazil and abroad. She is the author of the book, The Insertion of Brazil in the International Geopolitics of Petroleum. She is co-author of the following books: Natural Resources and Police Choices in Latin America, Geopolitics and Environmental Management of Petroleum, The Regulation of Decommissioning Abandonment and Reuse Initiatives in the Oil and Gas Industry, and Local Content and Sustainable Development in Global Energy Markets.
