Mark Kenber

Mark Kenber is an economist currently working as Senior Policy Officer for the WWF International Climate Change Programme, responsible for economic and financial sector issues, GHG emissions trading and the development of an environmental labelling scheme for GHG offset projects.
Prior to this, he was Planning Director at Fundación Natura in Ecuador and advisor on climate change to the Ecuadorian government. During this time, he also lectured in environmental economics at the Catholic University in Quito. He has worked widely on economic aspects of environmental management, particularly trade, pollution and financing mechanisms and has published on a number of these issues.
Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and a Masters in Development Studies from the University of Sussex, where he is now also an occasional lecturer.
