Goodtime C. Okara

Goodtime Okara is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Plymouth, whose current research focuses on the intersection between Oil and Gas Law, Property Law, Trust, and Housing. Before joining the University of Plymouth, he taught as a Law Lecturer at Rivers State University. He was one of the pioneer first-class law graduates of the Rivers State University's Faculty of Law.
Goodtime obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws (with distinction) at Rivers State University. He also gained an LLM in Oil and Gas Law with Professional Skill (with Distinction) at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. He is a qualified barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN), the Association of Law Teachers (ALT), the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), and the Association for Law, Property and Society (ALPS).
