Ibiere Helen Jumbo
Profile
Ibiere is a Ph.D. Researcher and a Teaching Fellow at the University of Aberdeen School of Law. Her current research interests are centred around the effectiveness of regional instrument in catalysing renewable energy development at national level, with specific focus on the ECOWAS legal instrument on renewable energy (ECOWAS Supplementary Act on Renewable Energy Policy, 2013) and how it compels renewable electricity development in member states. Her research is fully funded by the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) in Nigeria.
She is also a consultant on standardisation of commercial systems as it concerns strategic commercial contracting, procurement functions and contract management for organisations.
