Sébastien Noël is particularly interested in topics related to European energy law, International trade law, Public international law.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Sébastien held an advanced master (LLM) in European Union law at the Institute for European Studies (2018) and a Master in Public and International law (2017) delivered at the Free University of Brussels.
