Grant Anderson is an attorney in the Projects & Infrastructure practice of the Chicago Office. Grant represents owners, sponsors, investors, contractors and lenders in complex public infrastructure transactions. His work includes revenue-risk concession agreements, availability payment projects and design-build agreements across a variety of asset types.
In addition, Grant is a member of the firm's Public Policy practice, advising clients on various government and political law matters, including government ethics, lobbyist registration rules, public records laws, and regulatory matters. He also counsels political committees and candidates on election and campaign finance laws. Additionally, Grant advises clients on matters of federal grant awards. Specifically, he assists clients with federal grants strategy, application drafting and regulatory compliance obligations.
Grant earned his JD from Harvard Law School. While there, he worked as a research assistant for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative and also gained experience as a law clerk with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Office of the Governor of Illinois, J.B. Pritzker.
