Inez Brogowska is a researcher and policy professional with a legal background in energy and climate law. With experience spanning European institutions, national diplomacy, and civil society, she brings a comprehensive perspective on regulatory, strategic, and societal dimensions of the energy transition.
Currently based in Brussels, she contributes to the functioning of key European Union institutions, engaging in policymaking, negotiation support, and coordination across energy and climate files.
Inez earned an LLM in Energy and Climate Law from University of Groningen, focusing on EU regulation, climate policy, and transition governance. To complement her legal training, she completed the Regulation of the Power Sector course at the Florence School of Regulation, with emphasis on energy pricing models, unbundling, and power system governance.
