Martyna Hanak holds a degree in Energy and Climate Law LL.M. at the University of Groningen, where among other activities, she also gained experience interning as a research assistant analysing the legal framework governing energy communities. With a strong foundation in European legal frameworks, after graduation she began her professional career working for European Union institutions with a focus mainly on energy, climate, and environmental law. She also utilised her knowledge spending some time in the private sector focusing on energy storage European energy policy.
