Ali Qadimov is a legal scholar and practitioner with over 15 years of teaching and public service experience, specializing in legal theory, public administration, and energy law. As the founder of LB-Academy, he leads numerous legal education initiatives focusing on LegalTech, data protection, and environmental regulation. His recent research explores the legal dimensions of renewable energy investment in the Caspian region, focusing on regulatory reform, investor-state dispute resolution, and ESG compliance in energy transition frameworks. Ali Qadimov also works closely with public authorities and civil society to improve legal awareness and institutional governance, particularly in emerging markets. He has authored several articles on law and technology, comparative legal systems, and sustainability governance. Through LB-Academy, he coordinates capacity-building programs for students and young professionals across Azerbaijan.
